Fluvoxamine - feeling worse after going from 50mg to 100mg?

I actually felt a huge improvement in my mood starting at 50mg, and a mild improvement in my OCD symptoms. But now going up to 100mg it’s like I’m back at square 1, maybe even worse, so absent minded and anxious that I can’t concentrate at work, feeling low. Is this normal when going up for it to get worse?? It’s been 1 week so far.
