What's the best interval to drink water?

I've tried drinking like 500ml each time, it hydrates me well if I continue it for 3-4 times throughout the day End up 1 day about 1.5-2L

I've also tried sipping 50ml-100ml each time, like it's becoming a habit to get something to sip on, but doesn't seems to hydrate myself well End up 1 day about 3L

So far it seems that the first method that drinks in bulk but with lesser daily consumption, seems to hydrate better (from the color of my urine)

What's your thought on this? And if you know any science behind it
