Cheap data plans for iPad?

Any cheap data plans for iPad cellular? I don't mind switching sim/esim frequently. My usage is couple of Gb a month and with hotspot.

I don't mind free trials but looks like Tmobile 3 month test drive, Verizon 1 month test drive doesn't work with ipad. They do not proceed further saying phone needs to have esim -the iPad have both esim and physical sim slot.

I cannot get Tmobile business line $10 plan as it requires business details and I am on a visa so I am not authorized to establish a business.
