Quad Lock brake/clutch lever mount

Hi all,

Got Quad lock kit for my bike (2024 ninja 650). I’ve watched tutorials several times and it seems like despite fitting it correctly, the whole thing just sits there loose.

Asked my boyfriend for help, he couldn’t figure out what’s wrong either.

Has anyone had this issue before? Am I doing something wrong, or is there an issue with this particular model of quad lock?

Just to add to this, we’ve contacted QL and after tens of questions, they said they don’t have any models compatible with my bike, even though on QL website it says this mount is compatible with my bike.
