she needs to launch better merch

lets take youtubers like mai pham, her videos, genuinely, r soooo repetative. same grwm concept, same day in the life where she does nothing, same house decorating vlogs, 3am etc, but what works for her is her personality... and the fact that she has a rlly good merch line.

i think nicole needs to do that rn

if she launches clothing, school supplies, or like fitness related stuff as merch thats BETTER DESIGNED (her vlogmas merch is so ugly im sorry), i think thats another way she could keep being relevant in the industry
