Best places to eat near Roswell??

My boyfriend and I are heading to Roswell for a couple day trip and I need some food recommendations. I also know that it is mostly desert between locations but we are also looking to go to white sands and the caverns so if there are any restaurants recommendations near those parks it would be much appreciated thank you.
