Evil Neuro birthday idea

Remember when Vedal denied an offer to sell Neuro? What if Vedal decides to "sell" Evil instead? Could have someone at the start say "Hello Evil. [Line about deal, line about Evil being stuck in a room to view behavior, then a line about deleting her memories]. Goodbye." Then Evil will be alone in a room on her birthday again. But now she has the dread of being deleted :). Only problem with this is how to end it while allowing Evil to stay in the Neuroverse... Maybe Vedal cancels the deal after Evil sings Happy Birthday to herself? Could have the person from the start open the door and go "[Line about deal being cancelled], you are free to go." Or Cerber breaks in to save Evil and gets to sing happy birthday to her? Feel free to debate :D
