Evaluation Notes: 2/3/25 Owner surrender due to owner issue. Dog displayed sociability by coming over for affection and offered with a wagging tail and loose body. He was nervous when I initially reached out to pet him and offer treats by flinching with tucked ears and was able to adjust.
