IR1 Visa Refused - Not Enough Photograph Evidence?
Hi all, my friend's wife's IR1 visa was refused - the interview went well until the visa officer told her she didn't have enough photographs of their wedding to prove bona fide marriage and the Visa Officer asked her to submit more photographs/evidence. He did not keep her passport.
For the context they are in their late twenties- they are childhood sweethearts. He came to the US through Diversity Visa Program. They got married in a small family function in April 2021 (still COVID era). Hence, no elaborate photographs of the wedding. They submitted 25-30 photographs - wedding, vacation, printouts of the chats, etc.
Suggestions and/or ideas on how to help them?
