Wrong info on license after 6+ weeks

What a slap in the face. After waiting 6 weeks, I called and surprisingly got through...they claimed they didnt have my submission email, even though i received a confirmation email for it. Supposedly months of emails were "accidentally" deleted. I resubmitted while on the phone, and was told they'd process it right away. A week later, I get the license...lo and behold, the Manufacturer is wrong. How do you pull that off? Where does it say Sig Sauer anywhere in my email? This has to be malicious, it happens too often.
