Charging speeds and battery life

After the 3.0 update, many glitches noted like delayed appearance of quick settings buttons after swiping down, camera quality and shutter time delayed. But what disappointed me the most is what I was proud of it in the 2.6 update - that is the charging speeds improved and supported 25w, 33w, 45w easily and the battery life was excellent. Suddenly after the 3.0 update, my 45w charger works fine, but my np1 33w charger charges my 2a so slow it takes 2 hours to reach full charge. Did they somehow remove support for 33 watt and only kept 25w and 45w? Doesn't make sense. I'd appreciate if someone helped me understand the issue.
