if i had to rank them it would be

1) Dallas, for obvious reason

2) Chicago,Would be one if it wasn't for Nico, Karnisovas and crew got lucky that everyone was talking about Luka and forgot about them, no trades, no draft capital obtained. Keeping Vucevic and Coby White instead of selling them high has to be a sobotage.
