Thoughts on moving to Munich from San Francisco?

Hello all, I am basically asking everyone and everywhere I know to gather all comments and feedback on the above-mentioned conundrum. Was thinking maybe the expats or locals can share their experience?

I've lived in new york and now in san francisco. My boyfriend is german and from Munich and we're considering whether it's a possibility to move to germany/munich eventually. I'm from Singapore originally.

We're considering this because while life is great now, americans and america can be batshit crazy sometimes and it is kind of scary and unbelievable for us.

Pros about San Francisco: great career, 200k salaries, decent weather and no freezing winter, legit asian food (I cannot survive without it. Having authentic food and options is high priority), love the farmers market, outdoor options, great worklife balance in tech and all that.
Cons about SF: Insane homelessness, things we've never witnessed in our whole lives happen like common occurrence in SF, people shooting drugs on the train, on the road, human shit everywhere (I see 3 piles on avg on the way to work), crazy people shouting murder/nonsense at 4am (twice a mth), absurd healthcare system (basically a scam), both our failures at well integrating into american society/americans. Can be quite a lot of cultural difference. Rent and housing prices are apparently crazy. We pay 2.5k USD for a studio bedroom ... supposedly a great steal already. Lol

Pros about Munich: germans and germany sounds much more reasonable. People and society is reasonable, less bat shit crazy stuff. Basically just feels like a more stable place in the long run. U don't really have to worry about drug peddlers outside your kid's school and the cops don't give a shit. (True story)

Cons about Munich I was told: food options are limited, it'll not be the same like NYC or SF. Salaries are low while housing is expensive. People are not so international and like to keep to themselves more.

So from the perspective/experience of an expat, would moving to Munich be a good option or consideration? ALL comments, thoughts would greatly help :)

Ps: I don't speak any german ...
