Hello I need some help! Do mini pc's come with malware and spyware?

Ive seen lots of review on youtube warning about this, for example the ace magician and the beelink computers. Are there any brands I should avoid or every brand is tainted. Can you direct me to a model without this problems if some of them are infected?
