Where to turn from here question? Just wrapping up the 40 day free "mindfulness daily" course from Kornfield and Brach.

Started this as a complete beginner. I'm interested in enhancing my emotional intelligence and ability to experience compassion and act on it appropriately. I've been a bit of a meathead my whole life and that hasn't "been sustainable" in the last year. The course was good, but seemed like a new topic every day and not a lot of time to absorb them. So if anyone has an idea of the next direction to head in I would love to hear it.
