Can this be bored/honed?

Pretty badly damaged cylinder walls out of a 1985-1986 Suzuki LT250R Quadracer 2 stroke ATV.

Rough measurements I've gotten were from 71.93mm front to back at the bottom to around 72.04mm side to side near the middle.

Can this be bored out to 72.50mm? This is the first ATV I've worked on and my first time doing engine work. Let me know!
