Cautiously Optimistic: 10 point difference in FLs in one week?

I took AAMC FL2 Saturday (7/29) and got a 495. Today (8/4) I just got a 505 on FL3. I am curious if this is normal? For reference my FL 1 was 499. ( A week before FL2).

I did get a 130 in CARS (I have been solidly a (126-127), and I was prescribed glasses which arrived this week and I have used to studying and the exam. I noticed I did not have eye fatigue like I usually do.

Either way, how you you all interpret the score variations? I also want to add I have been studying only from AAMC practice exams, questions banks, CARS diag, and Anki decks (Milesdown and my personal for item I missed.)
