Question for people who collect completed series

I’m curious about something for the people who collect volumes for a series that’s completed. Do you guys read the series as you collect the volumes or wait till you collect all the volumes to read it? Personally I’ll wait such as with Air Gear. I’m trying to hold off on reading it till I get most volumes
