Left mouse clicks on its own while holding it

Essentially the title,

when i hold left mouse it stops holding and clicks again, found this trying to copy paste a text and couldn't manage it without canceling on me midway

trying to dumb it down :

left click(hold) > stops >clicks on its own >stops and again and again

EDIT 3 YEARS LATER:

I get on reddit twice a year, and everytime I have a notification on this post.

The fix is to literally blow in the mouse. That's it.
