How to remove a movie from my "Watched"?

I accidently clicked the stars on a film I haven't seen, which automatically logged it as "Watched." When I click the "Removed" button, it says that "'film' can't be removed from your films, because there is activity on it."

How can I remove activity? Why does it have an option to remove "watched" if it won't let you?
