Induction cooktops

We are moving our production to a commissary kitchen, and are looking in to equipment.

Besides the fact that cooking on fire is infinitely more fun and it’s what we all grew up on… What is everyone’s thoughts on induction cooking, and induction cooktops with 4-8 burners? Does anyone have any brands the recommend or despise?
