This is how Journaling makes me feel.
I see a lot of posts about people confused regarding how they should journal or they want to start journaling but don't know what they should do? Or they just want to switch their journaling styles from writing to more expressing themselves in different ways.
I just wanted to give my experience about journaling and how does it make me feel? And the picture with the post is the perfect depiction of how journaling makes me feel. I wonder, create, think, analyze, dive-deep or get rid of the thoughts that mulls in my head and have no other place to go. My journal is my confidant, my friend and the thing that I trust the most and knows me the most.
