Gap student, looking into get into good (if possible ivies) for Bachelors

If I can get 1600 SAT, given I have gaps (22 now), no athletic talent or special achievements (international/clubs/teacher approval) and having mediocre GPA scores, is it possible to get into a good (top 20) college? Being from India, don’t worry about my finances, is there any possibility or chance at this?
