How can i get my infinity nikki account back

Is it possible to get your account back if you only have your stylist ID? I play the game on PS5 and it automatically made me an infold account but idk what it is. Now i'm logged out and can’t access my account anymore 🙁 please help. I have already messaged the costumer support but they don’t answer should i just message them again?
