Fuck my ear

I recently had my tymnoplasty surgery and tomorrow is my exam and so I’m supposed to sleep now because tomorrow i have to wake up early to travel 3-4 hours to uni

And it’s hurting in my ear probably cuz of healing process or smth but it’s so annoying (scratching temptation but can’t due to plaster)and painfull I can’t sleep ugggghh
