Recommendations for online vet consultation for CKD

My 8.5-year-old retriever has been in stage 4 CKD, with kidney function steadily declining over the last 3 months.

We’re currently doing an extensive fluid therapy course, but I’m hoping to get a second opinion from a reliable kidney specialist vet online in India. Any recommendations would be of great help!
