How can I help Indian football living in France?

As the question states, how can I help Indian football living in France. I feel the football ecosystem in France is amazing. There are so many pitches, clubs and infrastructure here. I think many who wish to develop, I can help out in some way or other but I don't know how. I'm working full time during week, so I can make sometime during weekends to support. My french is not great but I can help in basic communication.
I don't know where to start and hence I'm posting a question here.
