2 cases - Both equally brutal, but different judgments. Why?
Its an utter shame the R G Kar criminal is getting away because R*pe isn't considered "Rarest of rare" crime...As a Son, brother, husband & father, I'm livid..!! India will soon need a 2nd amendment like in the US.
