Need help with state

Hi there I requested my income information from 2022 and 2023 from the IRS, I’ve received it printed out not how W2s usually look, and I’m trying to file with what I have. The papers have all the information for the federal returns but no information for the state/local taxes, where would I find each employers state ID number and what not?
