Does this look like parasites (poop photos warning)

I've had a sudden and drastic change in bowel movements and am approaching month three with no answers or referral from my nurse practitioner. My insurance requires a referral. I've had abdominal pain that never stops, sometimes it gets severe at work depending on how much I move/bend over or what I ate. It varies between stabbing pain and feeling like my intestines are being squeezed.

I can't eat much because of the bloating and pain. I alternate between one small meal and liquid diet. These last few months I've had diarrhea and worse constipation than usual at the same time. There have been times I couldn't sleep because of the pain. I was on prednisone for ten days. After I completed the course of Prednisone i started taking a natural supplement for inflammation.

I'm still in pain all the time but the flare ups are less frequent and pain usually less severe. I struggle to push out even soft or liquid bowel movements. CT scan showed "borderline thickening of the walls in small and large intestine". I've noticed throughout this whole ordeal there are always white seeds in my stool even though there is nothing I consistently eat or take that has white seeds. I'm starting to suspect a parasite.
