Edit: You don't need to use my number, so don't get caught up with it. The point of this post is to make people aware of how they contact USCIS for policy ideas. If you want a different number, tell them! They should see that lots of people want this and they can debate the number.

I sent them an email asking them to create a premium processing option for spouse I-130s because processing times doubked under Biden. I suggested $10,000 so the number is high enough that marriage fraud people can't abuse the system, but you're free to suggest your own number of course.

Their reply was: "Thank you for your comment, your suggestion has been forwarded to the appropriate department and will be reviewed.
