Omnia Performance Half Marathon

Completed the Omnia Performance half marathon and hypertrophy program! Ran a 1:48 half marathon today, and on Thursday I hit 425 squat, 295 bench, 445 deadlift.

My background is way more in the weight room, by no means are any of those PRs, but I didn’t lose much. Pretty happy with the hypertrophy side of things. I 100% maintained my muscle and my physique improved a lot I think due to the loss of body fat from all the cardio.

Very well laid out program, a sub 2:00 half marathon seemed unrealistic for me when I started this.

Next year I’ll use their 5k and powerlifting program as my next hybrid goal is 1200 total with sub 20 5k.
