Modding, while playing on two PCs

Hi, I've recently finished P5 and decided to try some modes(mainly Randomiser and the Pale Court). The thing is that I’m currently playing on my laptop and on my PC when I’m home(I’m currently studying in another town and being home only for 2-3 days every three weeks). So, I wanted to ask if it's possible to transfer the progress of the modded saves in the same way as the unmodded ones using Steam Cloud, and if not, is there any way to transfer such progress?
