Trying to fix my girlfriend’s hair while keeping the length..

She grew up very poor and never learned how to take care of herself properly, similar to me but the difference is I’ve had a bit longer to learn. I can cut hair, i was taught by my cosmetologist sister, though I’d prefer dor that to be a minimum. Any price range is okay for products, as long as they work. please? thank you!
