Missing Forgotten Gods DLC

I'm a returning player and I have Ashes, Crucible and Forgotten in my steam library. When I installed grim dawn, and run it, most of my characters were missing. I found out the forgotten gods dlc was not in the game (no Oathkeeper class as an option and Ashes Main Menu). Also tried to create a character using a previous name and got an error: "An expansion character with that name already exists". I don't care so much about my characters, my main concern is the missing expansion.

Does anyone experienced this problem before?

Edit: Cloud Save is checked and no local saves are present. Also tried reinstalling or verifying files but no luck.
