Owner of 2019 grand Cherokee limited but it’s 2wd, what is my car off-roading capabilities?
Impulsively bought a jeep, I wanted the grand Cherokee but in 4wd but I purchased a rwd grand Cherokee for cheaper.
My former car was a grand marquis, so having a jeep in general was instantly better.
But now I’m turning around often on trails due to my 2wd. I know mud sand and snow and uphill drives are a no go, but what about the in between???
Rutted roads, uphill rocky trails, gravelly inclines. I tried this rutted trail yesterday and got through just fine, but that’s only because I’ve been off-roading more and learning the capabilities of my car. I just don’t want to get stuck to understand more about my car.
Sometimes I think I turn around prematurely often due to lack of experience. I think I might be able to make some sections, but to be safe I turn around and yesterday I decided to go through and made it. So if there anyone else that has experience or owns the same car I have, what kind of terrains is my car limited to? I want to try more but don’t want to ge stuck .
