Take away the money and the fame and what we’re dealing with here is a unmedicated bipolar, schizophrenic who is in the middle of an intense manic episode while running down the craziest conspiracy theories you can think of. Also keep in mind that these kinda things only ever get WORSE as people age and cognitive functions lessen more and more.

I understand why people are upset 100%, but you have to understand that saying “Fuck Kanye” in this moment is like saying fuck you to a dementia patient for forgetting something you told them.

As someone who has a family member that acts 100% like Kanye even down to some of the crazy conspiracy theories he believes, I have sympathy towards him and his family. I feel like a lot of people saying his bipolarism is a crutch to hand waive any and all criticism doesn’t understand or underestimates the severity that BPD can hit.

It’s especially hard because the ones who love him most can only do so much to help him because he’s a rich as fuck celebrity who still legally has full sovereignty over himself.

It’s very easy for people and other celebrities to say “fuck him” and get they’re quick standing ovation but to anyone who actually has empathy for others, they’d be hoping he gets someone who loves him to check, comfort and challenge him and his skewered beliefs.
