Doodle anxiety?

Hi everyone! My 5 month old puppy has been having diarrhea for about two days now. It started about a day or so after we moved to our new apartment, which was a huge shift in how we live. Shes used to living in the country and not seeing many people, but she’s never shown any signs of fear or anxiety while I’m with her. She loves people and meeting new dogs. She is also up to date on all of her shots. Our crate training regressed but has slowly gotten better since being here as well. My main concern is the diarrhea. We can’t tell if it’s anxiety from being in a new area, her food, or something else. She’s acting like her normal playful self, has an appetite still, still running around as usual. If anyone has had any similar experiences please let me know! My vet has been closed for two days since we had a snow/ice storm. Of course adding a photo for doodle tax
