How to use morphing jar?

I see some decks tech morphing jar, and I am wondering the correct way to use it. I also heard a video mention that morphing jar used to be a powerful staple of goat format.

Ofc in like burn/alt win, it’s great to get more resources to shut your opponent out with when they’re already at disadvantage.

But I am wondering the high level applications of its effect in regular decks. I assume morphing jar can be dangerous into chaos turbo, but what instances is it good?
