Does anyone have any good settlement-building games they’d recommend?

So my favorite genre of games is strategy, specifically ones where you build settlements and stuff. My favorite games are Sid Meier’s Civilization and fallout 4, both on my Xbox. On mobile I play forge of empires, clash of clans, and fallout shelter, but I don’t know any other games to play. Does anyone have any recommendations? :)
