Best way to treat charging on new Fenix

Recently got my fenix 7s Pro SS and I’m wondering what the best way to treat the battery is to increase its lifespan.

Should I let it deplete completely to almost 0, or 0, then charge it? Or charge it when it’s at 10-20%? So far I’ve had to charge it 2, but I’ve never waited until it reached less than 20%.

Does it actually make a difference or should I just stop worrying about it and charge it when I need to? I remember reading here that it’s best to let it die completely when you get the watch to make it do a full proper cycle.
