Will PulseOx detect sleep apnea?
My Dr asked me at my last appointment if I thought I might have sleep apnea. I said that I didn't think so. My wife is an RN and would have certainly told me if she though I did or was a heavy snorer.
My nightly PulseOx numbers range from 88-95. But I know this is low by about 5% as compared to actual medical Sp02 monitors.
But I digress. This lead me to think that the Garmin may be able to detect sleep apnea. Does anyone have even anecdotal evidence that it can?
