What was the last really active Gaylord set?

What was the last Gaylord set that was really getting into it with other gangs and had numbers and shorties?

I know they're supposed to have a few sets still around in the city but from what Ive looked up they're not really all that active.

Where they getting up to much after the late 80s/early 90s or were they pretty much done by then?
