anyone else have strict ass requirement for the leavers assembly?

these all apply for the leavers assembly, shirt signing and prom.

you can’t do it if: -attendance below 95% -don’t have a prom “ticket” filled out (30 stamps on a revision sheet thing) -been excluded/suspended during year eleven -are late to school often -don’t go to one revision session a week

this whole thing pmo so much. I’ve been struggling with agoraphobia for years and my attendance is suffering because of this. the school put me in counselling multiple times because of this and other mental health reasons. I’ve missed loads of school for physical health reasons aswell.

some people don’t do well with revising at school? me personally, I can’t revise around other people. I need everything to be silent.

when I tell you my school will exclude you for ANYTHING: o for excluded last year for having rescue remedy which the school literally recommended I invest in. their reasoning was it has a trace amount of alcohol in it. lol. I’ve also been excluded for fighting back when being jumped by five girls two years above me.

There’s also a £70 charge. Some people can’t afford that. That’s why free school meals are in place. My school is in a “lower-class” area where a lot of kids are on free school meals. PVA for you folks 👯‍♀️
