Anywhere in the United States (don't hate me) that is doing Lord Of The Rings Pre Orders?

My son is turning 6 in July. He's obsessed with Lord Of The Rings and wanted the Frodo so badly! And we are majorly bummed we cannot find a single place that has pre order options, that would ship here.

Anyone here seen any I may have missed?
