Looking for GTA RP server

My friends and I are looking for a new server for GTA RP. Currently playing on Highlife and it’s just a dog water server. Mods are out for themselves and the cops do whatever they want, not actually doing any RP just driving into people. Their entire UI is outdated. I just wanna be a criminal, make some friends and make money. What’s out there?

Edit: You're all listing servers with 4 people in them. I want a busy city.
