Quit Diet Coke & Saw a Huge Change!

I used to have one Diet Coke every day, thinking it was a harmless habit. But over time, I started noticing signs of inflammation in my body, and worst of all—insulin resistance. One of the biggest indicators? The darkness around my neck, which I later learned was linked to insulin resistance.

A few months ago, I decided to cut out Diet Coke completely. And the results? Mind-blowing.

The darkness around my neck vanished—a clear sign that my insulin resistance had improved.

My body felt less inflamed, and I no longer had that constant sluggish, bloated feeling.

My workouts actually started showing results, something that wasn’t happening before.

Since quitting Diet Coke, I’ve lost 4 kgs, and I finally feel like my efforts are paying off!

I always thought "zero calories = no harm," but clearly, the artificial sweeteners were messing with my body more than I realized. Has anyone else had a similar experience with diet sodas? Would love to hear your thoughts!

Ps. I have been doing a mix of strength training and cardio and follow a strict diet, which is rich in protein and low on carbs.
