How would you fish this?

It’s the long weekend and the wife’s away. I’ve recent moved over from the UK and most my fishing has been spinning for Mackerel and Bass in harbours. Fishing off the beach is new to me without much success so have set my sights elsewhere. I have a beach caster - how would recommend approaching this part of the coast? Thanks! (I’ll post results)
