ERASMUS IN FINLAND (KUOPIO vs TAMPERE)

Hi, I'm a Spanish student of computer engineering trying to choose my destination for my student exchange. My 2 possibilities are the Savonia University of Applied Sciences in Kuopio or the Tampere University of Technology in Tampere.
I would like to know how is the live there as an ERASMUS student.
Besides, I wanted to know how difficult is to find a house there or if there are some student housing in these cities.
