What Achievements Would You Like to See Added to the Game?

What achievements (if any) would you guys like to see added to the game? Personally I would love an achievement for collecting one of everything (fish, crops, fruit, bugs, artifacts, cooking, building, smithing) etc because it gives incentive to do everything in the game.

I'd also like some joke achievements, though I'm not sure what they'd be.
